Can I create a blog directly?
Definitely! You can either create your own blog with powerful blogging interface, or connect to your existing external blog.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account. Once the subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged next month. You will continue to have access to your account until your current subscription expires.
Can I request refund?
Unfortunately, not. We do not issue full or partial refunds.

Do you offer dehumidifier maintenance?
Yes! Servicing is a separate paid service that includes routine disinfecting, moisture readings, and dehumidifier filter changes, and condensation pump clean out.
Do I need to leave the house during labor?
This depends on the labor.
For crawlspace work, likely no (only in rare cases.)
For interior remediations, we ask residents to stay out of containment fields.
Are the solutions your use safe?
We use solutions appropriate for the work performed. Botanical Disinfectants are safe to be around without protective equipment.
Hydrogen Peroxides do put off fumes that quickly dissipate, and should not be touched with bare hands. These solutions are used only on porous materials such as subfloor wood and on heavy mold growth, and are cleaned properly after remediation ends.
Are down payments required?
Down payments of $1,000 are required to book your spot in line on the schedule. unless notified otherwise.
Can I collect emails?
Yes, you can capture and collect emails directly within email lists with no extra cost, or integrate with MailChimp.
